Your group, the whole property
Sol du Mazel is a single stone building housing two connected gîtes. When you book, you take the entire property — all five bedrooms, both living areas, both kitchens, the pool, the gardens, the grounds. No neighbours on the other side of a wall. No shared facilities. Just your group in four acres of Périgord Noir countryside.
The two gîtes — Rose Barn and Hope Cottage — each have their own front door, their own full kitchen and living area, and their own set of bedrooms. A connecting door means families can move freely between the two, or keep their own space. It suits multi-generational groups particularly well: grandparents in one, parents and children in the other; or two families who want a shared holiday but their own territory.
In July and August, the whole property is let as a single booking — always. Outside peak season, Rose Barn and Hope Cottage are also available individually for a single group.
